About Us

A passion for cooking is in the blood for olivekitchen chef and owner, Adam Camilleri. Inspired by a mother who was a fantastic cook, both Adam and his two brothers have pursued the culinary arts, all becoming chefs. Whilst at his brother’s restaurant in East Balmain, Adam met his wife Karly, also a chef, who’s from the Inner West. With a true commitment to culinary arts, the love of preparing and serving gourmet delights and a true entrepreneurial spirit, this dynamic duo have established a wonderful working partnership.

olivekitchen also makes the most incredible variety of delectable produce. You won’t be able to go past the apple and lime marmalade or apricot and almond jam at breakfast. Similarly, picking up dinner is easy with freshly made, ready to eat mushroom and sage risotto, smoked ham and aged cheddar quiche, mild chicken and mango curry or veal osso bucco made daily. For dessert the chocolate malt balls, chocolate gelato or the lemon lime tart is just devilish.
